For home owners, you’ll want to use the Principal and Interest calculator, and for investors, you may prefer Interest only.

What’s my income tax?

Use this simple income tax calculator to check on the tax you’re paying on an annual basis. This also gives you your net income from your gross income.

Retired and want to redraw equity?

A useful indicator reflecting market expectations of whether interest rates will go up or down. Take this with a grain of salt but I like to look at this as well as the Interest Rate Survey by Analysts before fixing rates.
